Excel dashboards and trackers
See what's late, what's due this week, and who is carrying what, without scrolling and color-coding by hand.
The problem
Your team keeps its work in a spreadsheet. The list is there, but nobody can tell at a glance what is late, what is due this week, or who is overloaded. Someone ends up scrolling, filtering and color-coding before every meeting.
We build Excel dashboards for small teams on your own columns, so the sheet answers those questions for you.
What you get
- A clean data table that grows as you add rows, with no formulas to fix.
- A dashboard with your headline numbers at the top: total, done, in progress, overdue, due this week, or whatever matters to you.
- Overdue and due-soon flags that update themselves every day.
- Dropdown filters, for example by person, status or year, so the whole page follows what you pick.
- Short lists such as “next due dates” and “this week's focus”.
- A one-page how-to, so anyone on the team can use it.
No macros are needed. The dashboards work in Excel 2010 and later, including Microsoft 365, and are built and tested on Windows Excel. Mac Excel uses the same formulas but we haven't tested it yet, so tell us if you're on a Mac.
What you provide
- Your Excel version.
- Your column headers.
- A few rows of made-up example data in the same layout. Please don't send real customer or staff records; you paste your real rows in yourself after delivery.
- What “overdue” and “due soon” mean for your work.
How it works
You send your headers and a few made-up rows.
We agree in writing what gets built and what it costs.
We build and test the dashboard on the sample data.
You get the finished file and a one-page how-to, then any agreed changes.
Timeline and price
Most dashboards take one to two weeks from the time we have your headers and sample rows. We work evenings and weekends, so we quote timelines with room to spare.
Every project is quoted after a short call (evenings or weekends) or a few emails, then agreed in writing at a fixed price before anything is built.
